[wp-hackers] Block comments for some IP

Hi everyone! 
	
These last few days I have received a large amount of spam (all intercept by 
Akismet) via an IP in particular (194.116.229.5).

We restrict access to any IP that my domain through apache.
<Limit GET HEAD POST>
Order deny,allow
Deny from 194.116.229.5
</Limit>

Is there any way to configure in WordPress for some IP's unable to post 
comments?
If there could be a new feature?
