Might be nice, once the new domain/server is set up, to provide a  
helpful error message to plugin authors who try to commit stuff to  
svn.wp-plugins.org

Instead of "403 Forbidden" do "403 Please see http://codex.wordpress.org/BLAH 
" or something like that.
