[wp-hackers] Filter: term_link

Sorry if I'm missing something here, but it doesn't seem like the 
term_link filter, which is applied on line 1976 of taxonomy.php is 
firing for me. I'm testing this against 2.5.1.

There isn't anything in Trac with regards to this, so I would appreciate 
if someone could confirm that this either is or is not working.

If it is, well, then I goofed somewhere. If not, I'll look into it further.
