That's happening as the box seems to be absolutely positioned a certain ammount from the top of the screen(Allthough, Looking in Operas developer tools, I cant see why thats so), As soon as you get a low resolution it starts breaking.

Whats the lowest resolution which is going to be supported in the new interface though? Its incredibly hard to cater for those of us with large screens, and those with small screens sich as 800x600.
Those on mobiles/small screen devices should probably use a different admin skin all together anyway.
