[wp-hackers] Admin UI redesign

Is there any form of estimation on when the new admin UI redesign is going to be fully commited? 
Less than a month until when 2.4 is supposed to be shipping AFAIK(btw, was that changed in the meeting?) and still nothing.

I'm personally wanting to update a few plugins admin interfaces to look more 2.4'ised for when its released, but i've got no clue as to how things will look other than the general colour scheme.
