Having the Blog Title go to the Dashboard is unexpected and not clear. I
think Dashboard is fine where it is now.

I think it should stay as Write, it's clearer.

Meh, looks better on the far right (Plugins which add top-level menus will
ruin this though)

Design is better, as Widgets aren't really part of the theme.

I liked where Settings and Plugins was "originally".

Visit Site fits more beside the site name, as having visit site near the
user's name might confuse the user into thinking it will go to the site they
enter in their profile.

Help and Forums are related to WP.org. They might fit better in the footer
by leaving Documentation as it is, and changing Feedback to Forums.

I think Users should stay seperate, for Plugins to add menus under it.
I like that the Log Out link is on the far right, though. ;)
