Nice to see filter -> mce_external_plugins

Starting to standardize the methods for adding TinyMCE functionality  
and buttons is going to hurt some folks, but  would be good in the  
long run. It will eliminate some very icky conflicts that happen now  
because there are several ways you can hack TinyMCE for WordPress.  
I've seen plugins shim JS directly into the head of editing pages and  
the tiny_mce_config.php. It's not very nice.
