[wp-hackers] re-design pages/post structure for 2.7?

Mike,
I looked at this plugin when making my site under wp 2.1, but in the end 
used the "Page Category Organiser" ( now called "Page Category Plus") by 
yellowSwordfish - can't remember why I picked that one now!

However, it relied on the old category tables so will have to try latest 
version to see if it works with taxonomy tables and WP2.7 - 
unfortunately yellowswordfish no longer maintains it :(
I will check out latest of the page2cat by pixline as well.

I still suspect there are some wp 2.7 functions that would make it easy, 
but there are so many now it's hard to know which one/where to start! I 
still havent quite got my head around the taxonomy structure, as in my 
upgraded database the term_id and term_taxonomy_id in wp_term_taxonomy 
are always the same! I suspect that using wp2.7 features they would then 
diverge, but can't understand what controls it...and therefore which one 
to focus on!
