[wp-hackers] Remove old plugins from WordPress.org repository

Greetings all and Happy Holidays!

So what is the proper method for killing your own old not supported  
anymore plugins from the wordpress.org repository? I currently have 2  
that have not been updated for a few years. They are based on old WP  
2.0 code and really are no longer needed. I'd like to get these  
removed. What is the process?
