[wp-hackers] Redirection in wp 2.7

Hi:

In wp versions lower than 2.7 I had an index.html and an index.php in
the root directory of my blog without problems.

My frontpage page, index.html, had a link to /index.php which allows to
browse my blog.

In wp 2.7 the index.php always redirects to / and then my visitors
cannot browse my blog.

Can I remove this wp 2.7 issue??
