[wp-hackers] Update without upgrading database?

In all the time I've used WordPress, I've only had one instance where 
the blog stopped working until I upgraded the database. I'll say, that 
if you upgrade WordPress, the first thing you should do is revisit the 
admin and upgrade the database.
