Stephen,

this is just a mock-up. I am huge fan of fluid layouts but decided to go
an em one just to make sure that everyone sees the same thing.

And if your settings are ctrl++ then it should have proved how well both
the menu items and the content scaled. There is not a single thing in
pixels there.
