[wp-hackers] Inbox in 2.7

In notice in the current 2.7 the new inbox has moved to be under the utilities menu.

In earlier versions of crazyhorse it was in the dashboard, which, to me, seemed a more logical placement.

What is the current thinking of the placement of the inbox within the admin UI?
