[wp-hackers] wp-config variables add commented out?

I checked the commented version fo wp-config-sample.php in the trunk
and... it's a mess.

To much comment text usefull for phpdoc totally unusefull for commen
users, first lot of people prepare theyr wp-config.php file copyng
this one and editing it by hand, the previous version was enough
commented. Second that file have comment translated for locale version
by localization team and now there is a bunch of tech text to
translate that give no more info for "normal" users.

I Would prefere having a section with the olde well comment method
talking about variuos variable that can be set than this version.

Sorry to say that the good work you have done is totally unusefull for
the majority of the WP users.
