[wp-hackers] WP 2.7 + OAuth

Thanks scribu. Just svn co'd it, but still no refs to oauth in the  
codebase so far (grep -rli oauth .).

I'll monitor the branch and go as it comes (unless someone has an  
insight on a timeframe).
