[wp-hackers] "role_has_cap" Filter

I managed to hook into the capabilities with the 'user_has_cap' filter
(which afaik fires whenever 'current_user_can()' is invoked). I had to
trace the logic through a lot of hoops first though, so you might want
to look at the source for the place where it does the dashboard check
and follow from there. Here's a paste of the outline of my function:
