[wp-hackers] Vertical spacing for Search widget

I found that the text input box was extremely close to the widget above.

Is this a theme problem (Andreas03)? If so, please ignore / forgive.
But I see the same problem on wordpress.com (Andreas04)

I fixed it by finding search in core and adding a non-break space 
wrapped with <h4>, then duplicating a bit of the CSS.
Ugly as sin, yes ... totally ... and it worked like a charm. (I code. I 
don't claim to program.)
