[wp-hackers] Proposal: Add a Privacy Option: Anonymise Updates

Guys, please keep the responses to yes / no (and your reasons if you 
must). Let's avoid another endless thread responding to each other's 
reasons. I think the debate has raged long enough. Let's take stock of
