[wp-hackers] Proposal: Add a Privacy Option: Anonymise Updates

Nay. Option choice 2 is stupid. Your URL is not private nor protected
information. The options should be check for updates or don't.

Now, if you don't want the blog url sent as part of that, then it
should be global, not an extra useless option.
