[wp-hackers] Disabling the core update system

[Aaron Brazell]

He didn't say it was unreliable. He runs a WordPress farm and wants  
to disable the update notification on behalf o his clients. It makes  
perfect sense and doesn't say anything about the reliability of the  
feature, :)
