Could we put this on Codex? This would share the load and allow people
to add new questions as they arrive. Any further discussion around the
issue could be kept to the talk pages on Codex. That allows for
discussion, but also allows for the recurring questions to be answered
with a single link. Somebody might even write a fancy regex for mailman
to automatically filter the standard questions... :)
