This is a security update to the 2.0 branch, with testable fixes  
going into importers, the custom color header in Kubrick (default  
theme) and the Akismet plugin.  These areas should get special  
attention when testing.  They're pretty much just backports of 2.2  
code, but we need to make sure no 2.2-specific code crept in by  
accident.
