I'm glad to assume there's no resentment. For filtering, separation of
the boxes for mailing lists is something which seems to work best. You
can never assume that WWW visibility (or lack thereof) is related to
volume of SPAM because botnets have a tendency to harvest people's
address books (100-150 million zombie PCs out there, according to Vint
Ceft: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/01/26/botnet_threat/ )
Sadly, I have not had much time to reply on list recently (all for
good reasons). Unless there's strong/minor objection I'll carry on
with the statistics. I hope that those who are not interested just
killfile by subject line.
