[wp-hackers] Proposal: System test page

I created a system test page for FireStats (screenshot:

Some of the things it checks are:

* Files integrity (Checks that all the files exists and and warn if 
files are modified (depends on an md5 files list generated automatically 
as a part of the build process)).

* PHP version.

* Database connectivity and version.


I think something like this can be a valuable tool to help users 
troubleshoot problems.
