Discussing WP.com policy on the WP.com support forums seems futile as  
the forums are manned by volunteers (like Dr. Mike in the reply  
before this one) who can't give authoritative answers.  It'll  
probably result in the thread getting locked (because it wastes time  
that could be spent dealing with support issues), so going that route  
is just going to give you heartburn.
