[wp-hackers] cosmetic bug: <button> not styled the same as <input type="submit">

Hello,

Not really sure where to report this... but I think I found a CSS bug.

The <button> element does NOT get the same style as the <input
type="submit"> element.

I.e., the buttons made with <button> dod NOT look the same as the
buttons made with <input type="submit">
