All the download links I can find for the MeBuyYouaDrink plugin lead 
back to markus-steinhauer.de which seems to be down at the moment.

Does anyone have a copy of this plugin? I believe it's released under 
the GPL, so there should be no licensing problem with sending me a copy 
if somebody could. I'll also post it on my own site in case the author's 
site remains down for some time.
