[wp-hackers] The missing mark it as spam within comment emails

Greets:

I'm hoping that this was the list where we were discussing it a few
weeks ago but we were talking about the missing "Mark it as spam" link
within the email notice that one gets when someone gets a comment left
on their blog.

Do note that this link is missing from tracbacks.  Having discovered
yet another splog scrapper who copied over a couple dozen posts just
this morning and linked back to my site, putting it in there as well
may be a good idea.
