[wp-hackers] Creating new categories via the XMLRPC API

G'day,

I've searched the online forums, read through the code of xmlrpc.php, 
and I still can't find a solution to this. According to a post on the 
forum, an application called Photon can create new categories in 
WordPress via the API.

I have a script that retrieves the list of categories and submits new 
posts via the API, but I can't find a way to create new categories. Can 
anyone offer any suggestions?
