[wp-hackers] Updating Codex to newer MediaWiki version

It's not really the fact of JUST the PHP version, it's also the fact 
that the bbPress forum/ Codex login integration stuff won't work with a 
MediaWiki version too much higher then what's already there. I'm sure it 
could be handled ("fixed/applied") though, but it's gonna take some work 
on "their" part... But I could be wrong though too. =/
