[wp-hackers] Updating Codex to newer MediaWiki version

I have no objection to the technology being used (indeed, I much prefer it
to the forums). The search may well get better if the site was upgraded to a
recent version.
If the search fails in a recent version of Mediawiki then by all means
replace or supplement it with Google Search.
