[wp-hackers] making the code editor the default view

Following some discussion off-list there seems to be confusion regarding
the licensing of the Akismet plugin. http://akismet.com/development/ and
 a presence at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/ would seem to
indicate that it's licensed under some form of GPL although it's never
explicitly clear.

I've filled in the form at http://akismet.com/contact/ requesting that
the situation be made explicit in the code.
