[wp-hackers] Get rid of Reply-To munging

In the interest of ending this thread, let me just say that sometimes
I wish the Reply-To contained a no-reply address. That way we wouldn't
be able to reply without first revving our brains up to the level
necessary to type in the list address and we would be spared so many
messages originated from below that level.
