[wp-hackers] Timezone in RSS feeds

My guess is that since the RSS specification only has pubDate as its time
specification (which needs to be formated per RFC 822) [1] you can't really
have a "real time" posted element. Well, you could, but it wouldn't be used
by any aggregator.
