My host didn't, but all I had to do was ask... (L) Micfo!!

Anyway, why --force? I haven't ever used it... just
# svn co http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/trunk
# wget --delete-after http://neosmart.net/blog/wp-admin/upgrade.php?step=1

Am I missing something?

(or lftpget instead if host blocks wget for "security" reasons!)
