[wp-hackers] the_content ignoring more

Is there a way to get the full content of a post in the loop while 
ignoring the presence of <!--more-->?

That is, I want something like the_content but I don't want to stop 
where <!--more--> is seen. I want it all. (There are other pages where I 
do want to stop when I see <!--more--> though.)

Surely there's an option to the_content to provide this? Or another tag 
like the_full_content? Whatever it is, I couldn't find it in the codex. :-(
