My two cents: If you just want the headlines off to the side in your theme, get a widgets capable theme and use the RSS widget. If you want to syndicate feeds and import them as posts into your wordpress installation, get FeedWordPress. If you want full control now or ever, get SimplePie. (all of these things are googleable)
