It's not a tin-foil hat feature, someone can write a plugin for that. It 
merely adds noindex to pages, and turns of pinging. (Which some search 
engines consider an opt-in.) It's also not complete as until it supports 
robots.txt somehow it doesn't quite work, and we may consider removing 
it if we can't complete it.
