Thanks for reminding of the obvious, Alex.

That sounds like an insult. It's not.

It seems we keep forgetting this, and being reminded of it on occasion
is a good thing. If the project goes forward but isn't added to the core
that doesn't mean it's worthless to pursue. We're just talking about the
addition of comments to PHP files here. Really, how hard is it to merge
documentation into a new release(1)?
