[wp-hackers] Patch for setting thumbnail size

Hi guys

I've never posted here before, so my apologies if this is not on-topic for
this list...

I spent a few minutes tonight hacking WordPress to allow users to choose the
size of thumbnails created in the inline uploader.  Nothing big, maybe about
20 lines of code.  The default thumbnail size just wasn't doing it for me.

A diff is attached.  I'd love to get feedback and learn how to get changes
mainlined into WP.
