[wp-hackers] list_cats filter

Hey guys,

So I'm trying to make a plugin that does not show categories with  
less than X posts. (or list the top categories by count)  The only  
filter I can find to muck with is list_cats and the exlusion list,  
however, it's just giving an array of string names for the  
categories.  No easy way to access the count.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this plugin?  Are there some good  
filters I'm missing out on?
