[wp-hackers] User Pages

Hi,
I want to write a plugin (or does one exist?) that will let the site  
admin create static pages that can be viewed only by specific users  
(not user groups or levels, but individual users) the purpose if for  
creating private areas for different clients. I'm ok with PHP, but  
because you guys have A better understanding of how WordPress is  
structured, I'd like to ask, what would be the most simple way to do  
this?
