No, then I'd have a bigger problem. My 4 sites are run _solely_ off SVN.. No FTP, or anything.
For instance, on NeoSmart.net, I have WP via SVN, Gallery2, several small scripts, and most importantly, our own home-brew site (design and backend, which power our downloads and research sections).

Most of it is put together via svn:externals....
