I think it would be cool to ship a handful of key plugins with release
versions. By the same token, it would be nice to see some of the
*core* functionality abstracted out into plugins. The rich-text
editor, for example, and the post-page image uploader. Even if they
were enabled-by-default, it would be nice if it was something I could
remove/replace/customize.
