Yep.  WP 2.0 needs DISABLE_CACHE, WP 2.0.1 (currently) does it  
automatically (can be overridden with ENABLE_CACHE for people who  
know their safe mode is functional).

It might be nice to throw up errors for other common problems such  
as /wp-content/ not being writable.
