[wp-hackers] PhoneBlogz - plugin version 0.3 released

Version 0.3 now allows you download and/or listen (via Flash movie) to your
posts from the plugins page.  Installation is also simplified as the notify
URL is automatically detected and sent to you phoneblogz.com account.
