[wp-hackers] Better comment feed flexibility

Currently, the content of the comment feeds is hardwired and not  
accessible by plugin.

The patch on that ticket is a somewhat hacked together attempt to  
allow for comment feeds from categories, searches, dates, posts,  
pages and the main page.  The DB query is filtered to let plugins  
have at it.
