[wp-hackers] Have all Die messages and other stuff that cant' be gettexted centralized

Well, when you die() something, it's usually because a major part of WP
failed -- e.g. no wp-config.php file, database issues, etc. I don't think it
would be worth it to open another file, since the die() is to stop the
script *now* in case all hell breaks loose.
