[wp-hackers] wp_redirect() fails on Linux

I had a similar thing, and it was to do with a carriage return before the
<?php declaration.
------------------------------------------
<?php
instead of
------------------------------------------
<?php
Windows didn't seem to care, but it blew up on Linux.
Similarly anything after the ?> including whitespace and blank lines would
also do it.
