Another simple option is that when your plugin does the update call,
pass the WP version as a get parameter. This works alongside the "two
separate URI's" method, but will give those who want to PHP up their
RDF's a way to tell. It'd also be nice for plugin authors to know what
v. of wp is using their plugin most ;)
